At Bergan Spirit, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. We offer a couple shipping methods and we'll update the time frames as we get a good understanding of the time frames. Most of us are local so we do hand-deliver them if you really want white glove service for a small fee .Our packaging is designed to keep your items safe and secure during transit. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bergan Spirit, But understand we do not physically stock inventory to keep costs done. We do order samples and have spent a lot of time finding good looking and feeling apparel and goods. If we wouldn't wear it, we don't sell it. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we order ASAP through our multiple vendors. Unfortunately, this means we can't return goods as they are custom made, unless it is a physical defect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are product issues. We'll try our very best to find a solution, but we are working with other vendors and it might take some time. All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
